This project was executed with Doug Bryant of A Lost Art Stonework and Design. This dry stacked single stone fence is a double sided wall that uses one stone to span the width. While each stone must fulfill its duty in the wall, theres a playful quality in the way they each function to serve the structure. Areas are left intentionally empty serving as “windows“ and highlight the kinetic interplay of the friction and weight of the stones.
